This policy page outlines the rules, regulations, and procedures for purchasing, selling, and handling firearms and related products. Please read this document carefully to understand our commitment to responsible business practices.
1. Legal Compliance We adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations governing the sale, transfer, and possession of firearms and ammunition. This includes compliance with:
- The Gun Control Act (GCA)
- National Firearms Act (NFA)
- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations
- State-specific laws
All transactions are subject to background checks as required by law.
2. Age Requirements You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun, and at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun. Non-expired valid government-issued photo identification is required for all firearms transactions.
3. Background Checks All buyers must undergo a mandatory background check conducted through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) before purchasing any firearm. We will not proceed with any sale until the background check is completed and approved. If your background check is wait-listed, we will contact you upon issuance of approval or denial by the FBI. In the event that your background check is denied by the FBI, we are unable to transfer the firearm to you and will return the firearm to the place of origin at your expense plus a $25 transaction fee.
4. Firearm Transfers We offer both in office and online sales. If you purchase a firearm online, it must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer. Transfers to and from FFLs are handled in accordance with federal and state law.
5. Order Storage We will store your firearm upon delivery for 14 calendar days, free of charge. After 14 calendar days, a storage fee of $10/week per item will be added to your account. Transfer of the firearm will not be started until the invoice is paid in full. After the storage fee reaches MSRP of the firearm or storage time reaches 2 months from date of delivery (whichever is longer), the firearm will be considered abandoned and will either be returned to the place of origin at your expense or sold.
6. Ammunition Sales Ammunition is only sold to individuals who meet the legal requirements for firearm ownership. Specific state laws may restrict the sale of ammunition; we comply with all relevant regulations regarding the sale of ammunition.
7. Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of firearms sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges on firearms and all sales are final except for manufacture defects in which we will assist you in returning the firearm for a replacement from the manufacturer. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately. All orders will be placed 24 hours after payment is received to allow for a grace period in changes to the order.
8. Privacy and Data Protection We respect your privacy and handle all personal information with the highest level of confidentiality. Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of processing transactions and fulfilling legal requirements.
9. Prohibited Sales We do not sell firearms or ammunition to individuals who are prohibited by law from possessing them. This includes individuals with felony convictions, restraining orders, or who are otherwise prohibited by federal or state law from owning firearms.
10. Shipping and Delivery Firearms and ammunition will be shipped in compliance with federal and state laws. Firearms can only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer. Delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer and availability of the items ordered. If an item that you wish to purchase that is on back order, we will notify you of such and either cancel the sale or wait until the item is in stock.
11. Liability Disclaimer We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the improper handling, storage, or use of firearms and ammunition purchased from our store. Customers are advised to seek professional instruction and to comply with all safety protocols.
